Banana Sour Cream Cake
















I found this great recipe in my Food & Family magazine this month. I always have bananas and most of the time they are eaten before they get too ripe, but sometimes they don't! I get tired of making banana nut bread, muffins, etc. My picture isn't as good as the one from Kraft Foods but hey they have professional photographers with very expensive cameras to take their pictures! My family was very impressed with my attempt, and best of all it tastes delicious! I will be making this again!

As my mom says that just about made me swallow my tongue. I think it looks really great. What's not to love bananas, mmm, sour cream , even mmmm'ier. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
