I'm not sure if I like it with the satin binding or without! I have the binding just pinned on right now.
The blanket is made of 100% cotton flannel, and is 30" x 30". One side is blue flowers, and the other side is a solid royal blue. I have also made a matching burb cloth, and I am planning on making a matching bib too. I want to try to sell them if I can get good enough at it.

Those are very cute! I say keep the satin trim....I always loved the feel of it as a kid. I love the satin trim...

I am so proud of you. I have been sewing a lot too this week. I actually made some little p.j.s for my grandson. I haven't sewn clothes in a long time.

I like the satin on the outside. I like the first picture where it doesn't look so thick on the outside. You're doing so good on it. It looks B-E-A-UTIFUL!!!
I think making some with the "silky" and some without would be good if you were thinking of selling them.
